It looks like a depression especially when you feel tired and breakdown. Pay attention to your bad thoughts, don't let them contol your mood. Just let it go and enjoy your life. If you feel really bad, visit a good psychologist. Good luck!
That sounds like depression. I recommend you book a massage. When I was in Ukraine, too, as it wasn't in the mood, and for some reason decided to take this session in Kiev. Immediately came to tone. It was wonderful!
